During our June 10th luncheon, the Lake Mahopac Rotary Club honored our 2026 high school scholarship recipients.
Joining Club President Rick Dutra (left to right) are Mahopac High School students Michael Trinchitella, Sophia Camastro, Xander Pryzmylski, Bryan Margolis, Olivia Spinella and Jake Lauro.
We extend our best wishes to the recipients for their future endeavors.
The Lake Mahopac Rotary Club is excited to launch its annual Corvette Raffle on Saturday, May 2, at the CVS Plaza in Mahopac, where tickets will be sold on weekends from 10 AM to 4 PM.
The ticket prices are $100 for a single ticket or $250 for three tickets.
The drawing for the 2026 Corvette will be held on Sunday, July 12, at 12 Noon in the Mahopac Library parking lot.
The Prizes besides the 2026 Corvette , includes $1,000 for second place, $500 for third place and $250 for fourth place.
Additionally, early bird purchases will be entered into a $1,000 early bird drawing, which will take place during the Rotary Club's regular meeting on June 24.
The proceeds from ticket sales will support the Rotary Foundation's community projects, school scholarships, and charitable initiatives.
Tickets additionally can be obtained weekdays during business hours at Sullivan Insurance located at 421 Route 6, Mahopac, NY.
ONLY 2000 tickets will be sold.

The Lake Mahopac Rotary Club is thrilled to announce that former WWE wrestlers Nunzio and Afa Jr. will participate in our 2nd Annual East Coast Pro Wrestling Show, scheduled to take place on April 11th at the Mahopac High School gymnasium, commencing at 7 PM.
Nunzio is celebrated for his accomplishments in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he achieved the distinction of being a two-time ECW World Tag Team Champion and a two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion.
Afa Jr., a member of the esteemed Samoan Dynasty, which includes his cousins Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Roman Reigns and The Usos, will also participate. It is noteworthy that Afa Jr.'s father was Afa of The Wild Samoans tag team of the WWE.
WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Tito Santana will make a special appearance as a guest referee at this fundraising event.

Boy Scouts from Troop 1 and Cubs from Pack 71 helped replace worn American flags from veterans graves this morning in Mahopac.
This community service project was inspired in the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King as part of the Greater Hudson Valley's scouting initiative.
The Lake Mahopac Rotary Club announces that WWE Hall of Fame wrestler - Tito Santana - has just been signed to appear at our 2nd Annual East Coast Pro Wrestling Show taking place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the Mahopac High School gymnasium located at 421 Baldwin Place Road, Mahopac starting 7 PM.
Santana, inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004, captured multiple championships during his career which included WWF Intercontinental Championship and the WWF Tag Team Championship, in addition to having competed in the first-ever WrestleMania.
Santana will be serving as a special guest referee in his appearance at our fundraising show here in Mahopac, NY.
