The Lake Mahopac Rotary Club is happy to announce its line up of stars for their 9th Annual Oldies Show to be held on Mother's Day Weekend, Friday May 12, 2023 at the Mahopac High School Auditorium.
"Mr. Excitement" Bobby Brooks Wilson will bring his high energy show to Mahopac with his tribute to his Dad, Jackie Wilson. The three-time Grammy Balloted Artist will certainly have the crowd dancing in the aisles as he sings such memorable hits as "To Be Loved", "Lonely Teardrops" and "Higher and Higher".
Always entertaining to see perform, The Chiclettes, will be taking the stage on May 12th to sing a tribute to female artists through the decades.
Known as the "Clown Princes of Rock & Roll", Carl Gardner's Coasters will be making a first time appearance for the Rotary Club's Oldies Show. The Coasters who were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1987, are known for numerous hits through the years including "Searchin'", "Charlie Brown" and "Yakety Yak".
